SONDA is the largest IT integration company in Latin America, with offices in eleven countries as well as being in the process of expanding to the United States.
Its extensive scope, operating in so many different countries and two languages, creates a challenge for its human resources area, on how to generate a common culture that unites all its employees and their diverse cultures.
We developed, and have maintained for over twelve years, a bilingual corporate intranet that allows vertical communication, from the human resources department and its managers in each subsidiary, as well as horizontal communication between collaborators.
This makes it possible to unify—in a single platform that is easy to use and manage—the information, access to applications and forms, news, mini-sites and tools that allow the continuity of SONDA and its collaborators throughout Latin America.
